So easy to use and stylish as ever. Hario does it again with cold brew coffee this time.
If you like cold-brewed coffee—or good iced coffee drinks—you'll love the elegant Mizudashi Cold Brewer. It’s a cinch to use: Simply place medium-ground coffee into the mesh filter. Set the mesh filter into the carafe. Add enough cold water through the filter to saturate all the coffee and stir. Add the remaining cold water to the carafe. Secure lid and place in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours. When it's ready, pull the filter out and serve over ice. No need to dilute, and cleaning up is a snap!

Note this brewer is also available in 1000ml.

Brewer’s Tip:
We recommend a higher dose of coffee than normal to achieve a brew that will be enjoyable over ice: Around 115 grams of coffee per litre of water has been most enjoyable for us.

How the Hario Cold Brew Pot Works
•Using coarse-ground coffee, fill the nylon filter basket until you've reached the top of the filter itself, leaving room at the top.
•Pour filtered, cold or room temperature water over the grounds.
•Leave to steep for 12-24 hours, less or more to taste.
•Refrigerate completed coffee in a sealed container for up to one month – not that it’ll last that long really!
