Returns and Shipping

No refunds will be given if the wrong choice of product is made or if there is “a change of mind”. The purchaser is responsible for selecting the correct item for their application.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within five days of receipt.

Lost packages and shipping claims must be reported by you to both TypicalKitchenStore.com.au and to the freight carrier used.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us for further instructions. The Customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to our store. It is a requirement that all products are returned in original packaging and good care is taken when packaging to ensure no damage occurs in transit.

For returns:

Returns must be communicated with us within 7 days of receipt
Original invoice to accompany return
Item must be in the same condition as it was sent - i.e. not used

When returning an item please pack item carefully against shock, insure parcel, enclosed original invoice and describe defects. This warranty excludes any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding expenses or travel.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or E-go Couriers.

Express delivery will incur additional charges - please contact us for a quote if you require express shipping.

Shipping Method

For Australia Post Shipping:

· Australia Post eParcel is a door to door service.

· We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes.

· When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name.

· All orders must be signed for on delivery.

· If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

For E-go Couriers:

· Delivery to residential and business addresses (no PO boxes)

· We require a contact number and e-mail address to ensure the courier company can contact you if required

· If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest depot at a later time or arrangement can be made for redelivery.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed. Most orders take 2-7 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take up to 10 days.

Order Status and Tracking

After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will provide you with an Australian eParcel or E-go couriers tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at http://auspost.com.au/track or http://www.e-go.com.au/.
